Their work is initially focused on Flanders, Belgium, but there are plans to extend it to the rest of Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland and the UK. ToGatherHomes is committed to meeting the need for affordable and sustainable housing in Flanders. To achieve this goal, ToGatherHomes will develop and sell mixed-income housing in Flanders. The ToGatherHomes concept offers 3 to 5-storey terraced apartments and 4 to 8-storey, low-rise, high-density condominiums with private gardens and terraces in a setting of shared public green spaces and an adjacent integrated community center.
