BIM CoOrdinator

D-Studio, headquartered in Mechelen, is a fixture in the BIM (Building Information Management) sector with an excellent reputation. D-Studio guides the implementation of BIM methods and technologies in projects and organizations, develops a number of BIM solutions itself and supports research and standardization projects on BIM and GIS.

D-Studio is mainly active in Europe, particularly in Belgium, France, Luxembourg & the Netherlands and Switzerland. In addition, D-Studio has projects in the US. Our customers are architects, engineers, contractors and clients. For our BIM management team we are specifically looking for reinforcement for our French speaking projects.

Content
  • As a BIM coordinator, you will coordinate BIM models of building projects using various software packages such as Revit, Solibri, Navisworks,...
  • You will support D-studio's projects and clients during the various phases of the construction process.
  • You will coordinate the process and take the lead in internal and external meetings.
  • Various advancement opportunities to BIM manager or BIM consultant.
Job Requirements
  • You preferably have a construction background (architect, engineer, etc.).
  • Experience with BIM software, such as Revit, ARCHICAD or Solibri is a plus.
  • You have an interest in BIM and are motivated to learn and work at a high level on exciting projects at home and abroad.
  • Being able to work independently and provide solutions is a necessity within an organization like D-studio.
  • You are driven and team-oriented and always look for the most customized solution for the end user.
  • You work solution-oriented and service-oriented.
  • Preferably you speak Dutch and/or English in addition to French.
  • Knowledge of programming language (C#, java , python, dynamo) is a plus.
  • Depending on your current knowledge and experience, you will start as a junior or senior.
