Standard office building in the EU district of Brussels. This building is representative of a number of projects of similar size that we now manage in Brussels (Ores, Befimmo, BNP Headquarters, etc.). Cofinimmo was also aiming for BREEAM Excellent certification.
Following an audit of the Cofinimmo organization, Quartz was implemented as a pilot. The audit included a complete analysis of the working processes, needs and requirements of the Cofinimmo organization. The audit report contained a series of recommendations that were tested in a pilot Quartz project.
D-studio acted as BIM manager for the support and development of the BIM protocol for design and implementation, spatial coordination and clash control, participation in BIM-related project meetings, advice on the use of BIM technology, and the evaluation and quality control of the BIM process and the established BIM models.
To this end, D-studio builds on years of experience in BIM projects and technology.
