Beliris projects
D-studio has acted as BIM consultant for Beliris since 2017, with an initial audit assignment, and since 2020 as project consultant/manager/coordinator. An assignment extended to 2028. Below we list some typical projects. In total, D-studio is managing more than 30 projects for BELIRIS.
Conservatory
The Conservatory is an architectural gem in the heart of Brussels. Its history and neoclassical buildings, built in 1832 and located around a courtyard, are an internationally recognized work of art in need of a thorough renovation that respects the original architecture.
Two main objectives form the basis of the project: on the one hand, the restoration and revaluation of the building complex with a high patrimonial value and, on the other hand, responding to the specific needs of the users.
